Mark Lewis decided to retire at the end of last National Hockey League season as the Edmonton Oilers look to open a new arena.  It opened a huge search for a new P. A. announcer which saw over 100 applicants tryout for the position.

But how do you honor someone who has been your voice since the team’s inception?  Well, give him his microphone.
