Edison Hatter of Annapolis Junction, Maryland and one of the voices of Rosecroft Raceway just outside of Washington, D. C. has taken his harness racing calls to Freehold Raceway.

Harness Link: Hatter to announce at Freehold

Hatter is just 22 years old and a recent graduate of the University of Maryland. He began announcing Wednesday night cards at Rosecroft last fall filling in for regular Pete Medhurst.

“I am extremely thankful to Karen Fagliarone and the rest of the Freehold team for giving me this opportunity, and I am really looking forward to spending the next few months at Freehold, getting to know the horsemen and the fans” Hatter said. “Ken Warkentin and Larry Lederman are two of the best announcers, and it’s an absolute honor to be in the same booth they have been in”
