Freeman is not new to being in the spotlight, a pastor at Revolution Church in White House, Tennessee, he heard about opening while announcing a high school football game.
The biggest change Freeman feels, is the same that a lot of veteran announcers take when going into college, is not having to do everything.
“In high school I do everything,” said Freeman. “I will do all the prep work and in college they do all the prep work for you. I just have to hit the button and talk. You have to be able to multi-task.”
Congratulations Kris and we look forward to hearing you on TV!
