SportsAnnouncing.com offers a wide variety of services for our clients.  When people hear the name of our company, they think sports or broadcasting, but SportsAnnouncing.com offers much more than that.  Look below to find out more about the services we offer.

• P. A. Announcer - It's what we do best and it's what we're known for!  Jarrod has been announcing sporting events since the spring of 1992 and since that time has announced 14 different sports from amateur to major professional in over 100 leagues.  Jarrod has announced in 11 states (always looking to add more!), the District of Columbia and in England. 

• Sports DJ - If you're going to have Jarrod announce your event, ask about having him play music as well.  All playlists are tailored to the event and are always family-friendly.  Plus, you'll get crowd prompts, sound effects and more.  With his vast experience, Jarrod will also know what's acceptable and what isn't!  Don't worry, he won't bring an iPod and play whatever is next, timing is a strong point!

• Emcee - Are you holding an event and need someone to keep it moving?  At most private parties, Jarrod also interacts with the crowd, introduces special guests and makes sure everyone has a great time while keeping it professional.  Some clients have asked Jarrod to announce sports scores during their events, the same way you'd hear him do it at the arena! 

• Broadcaster - Since 1995, Jarrod has been providing play-by-play services.  With six sports announced via video or audio broadcast, Jarrod can be your go-to guy when needed.  In most sports, Jarrod can provide announcing, music AND play-by-play.  A lot of people say it can't be done, but that hasn't stopped DeMatha baseball, the Washington Glory, Little League Baseball, the Atlantic Junior Hockey League or AllInBroadcasting.com from asking Jarrod to do it all.

• Disc Jockey - Voted as best DJ in Northern Virginia in 2009, Jarrod knows what it takes to make sure your event is a grand success.  We know what music to play and when.  Avoid the hassle of DJs who play music that is too young or too old for your audience, or even the DJs out there today who pre-record their shows!  Yes, it's true.  There are DJ's who pre-record their shows or even buy their shows from someone who mass produces them, drops it into an MP3 player and let's it play, all the while you think they're actually working.  All of our music is on the computer, but we choose it as we go.  We'll watch the crowd, see what their dancing to and take requests.  That's why our clients voted us as number one!

• Game Show Host - Do you have a trivia contest and want a dynamic host for it?  Jarrod can handle any situation that may arise with a game show.  Having a fun fashion show?  Jarrod can help with that.  Interviewing and ad-libbing are no problem and enhance the whole event. 

• Karaoke - In 2009, SportsAnnouncing.com expanded into the karaoke arena.  With over 100,000 songs to choose from in all kinds of genres, we have the songs your guests will want to sing.  With a pair of sound systems, we can provide a DJ and karaoke for your event!

• PowerPoint Presentation Designer - Do you want to create a professional looking presentation to loop on televisions in your restaurant, business or church?  We can help.  We'll take the content and design graphics with transitions and sound (if you like) to grab the attention of your customers and guests.  Promote sales, upcoming events, employees of the month, VIPs and more.  You tell us what you want, and we'll do the work for you!

• Sound System Consultation - Are you putting in a sound system?  We can help you and tell you what you would need.  While it would be nice to have an iPod input in your system, will it be the best for what you want?  There's all kinds of options you need to consider before putting in a sound system and we've worked with hundreds around the country to see what's been done right, and what hasn't.

• Sports Facility Consultation - Are you designing a sports facility?  We can help you with the design.  We've seen some smart designs, and some not so smart.  Don't make a mistake in your facility without getting some feedback from someone who has seen the good, the bad and the ugly--sometimes all in the same facility.

• Sports Writer - A freelance sports writer since 1998, Jarrod has worked with newspapers, web sites and other media types on stories, features and more.  Do you want a recap of the game afterwards for print?  We can help.

• Casino Dealer - Knowledgeable in craps, black jack, roulette and more casino games, Jarrod can help your guests on a casino night.  Jarrod has even served as a dealer and emcee AT THE SAME TIME!
